On 17 September, we celebrated the remarkable contributions of eight pioneers who were instrumental in bringing the Internet to life. This exclusive gathering united the Internet Society��s community to honor those who transformed an ambitious vision into the vast global network that connects our world today.

Together, we recognized the diversity and collaborative spirit that make the Internet truly unique. This year��s inductees hail from various countries and backgrounds, each playing a crucial role in constructing this incredible achievement.

About Internet Hall of Fame

Founded by the Internet Society in 2012, the Internet Hall of Fame celebrates the very best of the Internet: the people whose work makes it possible for us to leverage the vast possibilities of the Internet.

These pioneers shape online interactions that have benefited billions of people over the course of decades, across every region of the world. Collectively, they have helped bring hundreds of millions of people online, made it possible for us to communicate across networks, and enabled people to use the Internet across languages and alphabets.
